目的:探讨普外科行胃肠减压术患者不适症状的护理措施。方法选取2014年3月至2015年3月我院普外科胃肠减压的患者72例的临床资料进行回顾性总结。随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各36例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上对容易出现的不适症状进行护理干预。结果观察组不适症状的发生率为19.4%,对照组为41.7%;观察组对护理服务的满意度为97.2%,对照组为72.2%;这两组数据相比差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论对胃肠减压的患者容易出现的不适症状实施有效的护理干预,可以降低患者不适症状的发生率,提高对护理服务的满意度。

목적:탐토보외과행위장감압술환자불괄증상적호리조시。방법선취2014년3월지2015년3월아원보외과위장감압적환자72례적림상자료진행회고성총결。수궤분위량조,관찰조화대조조각36례,대조조실시상규호리,관찰조재대조조적기출상대용역출현적불괄증상진행호리간예。결과관찰조불괄증상적발생솔위19.4%,대조조위41.7%;관찰조대호리복무적만의도위97.2%,대조조위72.2%;저량조수거상비차이구유통계학의의,P <0.05。결론대위장감압적환자용역출현적불괄증상실시유효적호리간예,가이강저환자불괄증상적발생솔,제고대호리복무적만의도。
Objective To investigate the nursing measures for general surgery department patients with discomfort symptoms after gastrointestinal decompression. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted with the clinical data of 72 cases of general surgery department patients dealt with gastrointestinal decompression treated in our hospital between March 2014 and March 2015. The patients were divided into two groups randomly, namely the observation group and the control group, with 36 patients in each. Routine care was provided to patients in the control group, while nursing interventions were provided targeting the frequent discomfort symptoms besides routine care.Results The occurrence of discomfort symptoms in patients of the observation group was 19.4%, while that of the control group was 41.7%; the satisfaction rate of patients towards nursing service in the observation group was 97.2%, while that of the control group was 72.2%; the difference between data of these two groups was statisticaly significant, P < 0.05.Conclusion Effective nursing interventions applied to patients with discomfort symptoms of gastrointestinal decompression can reduce the incidence of discomfort and promote satisfaction in nursing service.
