目的：探讨压力蒸汽灭菌法特点及操作方法，通过蒸汽穿透力增强、温度提高，极大提高了杀菌效果。方法对具体操作方法及消毒效果监测进行分析。结果压力蒸汽灭菌法是一种不能完全代替有效的灭菌方法。结论压力蒸汽灭菌法使用中应严格遵守操作要求，并加强对压力蒸汽灭菌法进行效果监测，保证物品灭菌质量。
目的：探討壓力蒸汽滅菌法特點及操作方法，通過蒸汽穿透力增彊、溫度提高，極大提高瞭殺菌效果。方法對具體操作方法及消毒效果鑑測進行分析。結果壓力蒸汽滅菌法是一種不能完全代替有效的滅菌方法。結論壓力蒸汽滅菌法使用中應嚴格遵守操作要求，併加彊對壓力蒸汽滅菌法進行效果鑑測，保證物品滅菌質量。

Objective To discuss the operation method and monitoring results of pressure steam sterilization. Improving the effect of sterilization greatly by enhanced the penetration and increased the temperature.Methods The specific methods of operation and disinfection effect analysis.Results Pressure steam sterilization method is a not completely substitute for effective sterilization methods.Conclusion Pressure steam sterilization method use should strictly comply with operational requirements and strengthen the effect of pressure steam sterilization method to monitor and ensure the quality of goods sterilization.
