目的：研究护理干预对甲状腺功能减退患者的效果。方法选取我院于2014年3月～2015年1月收治的65例甲状腺功能减退患者进行了心理护理和临床护理干预，并对其护理干预效果进行了回顾性的分析。结果所有患者经过护理干预后，病情得到改善的有63例，且都已出院，无并发症出现，2例患者死亡。结论对甲状腺功能减退患者进行护理干预，取得了满意的效果，并且未出现并发症案例，安全有效，值得在临床实践中推广使用。
目的：研究護理榦預對甲狀腺功能減退患者的效果。方法選取我院于2014年3月～2015年1月收治的65例甲狀腺功能減退患者進行瞭心理護理和臨床護理榦預，併對其護理榦預效果進行瞭迴顧性的分析。結果所有患者經過護理榦預後，病情得到改善的有63例，且都已齣院，無併髮癥齣現，2例患者死亡。結論對甲狀腺功能減退患者進行護理榦預，取得瞭滿意的效果，併且未齣現併髮癥案例，安全有效，值得在臨床實踐中推廣使用。
목적：연구호리간예대갑상선공능감퇴환자적효과。방법선취아원우2014년3월～2015년1월수치적65례갑상선공능감퇴환자진행료심리호리화림상호리간예，병대기호리간예효과진행료회고성적분석。결과소유환자경과호리간예후，병정득도개선적유63례，차도이출원，무병발증출현，2례환자사망。결론대갑상선공능감퇴환자진행호리간예，취득료만의적효과，병차미출현병발증안례，안전유효，치득재림상실천중추엄사용。
ObjectiveClinical effect of nursing intervention in treatment of patients with thyroid dysfunction is to be studied.Methods Choose 65 patients with thyroid dysfunction who are treated in hospital from March 2014 to January 2015 as study cases and treated them with psychological nursing and clinical nursing intervention, and then analyze and review nursing intervention effect.Results63 patients are cured and discharged from hospital after nursing intervention treatment and there is no complication occurs, but the other 2 patients are dead.ConclusionNursing intervention is of efficacy in treatment of patients with thyroid dysfunction without any complication case, thus, such a nursing method is of great quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinicaly.
