目的:探讨不同浓度的吐温80对蟾蜍离体心肌收缩活动的影响,为吐温80作为临床注射剂的常用增溶剂提供安全性指导。方法用不同浓度(0.001%~1%)的吐温80任氏液溶液对蟾蜍离体心脏进行灌流,观察不同浓度吐温80对心肌收缩活动的影响。结果吐温80在浓度为0.001%( V/V)对心肌收缩力无明显抑制作用(P>0.05);浓度为0.01%~1%范围内对心肌收缩呈明显抑制作用(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),心肌收缩力降低幅度分别为13.86%,19.23%,24.63%,呈现浓度效应依赖关系(r=-0.905)。结论低于0.001%浓度吐温80对心肌无明显作用抑制,浓度超过0.01%的吐温80溶液对心肌收缩呈明显的抑制作用。

목적:탐토불동농도적토온80대섬서리체심기수축활동적영향,위토온80작위림상주사제적상용증용제제공안전성지도。방법용불동농도(0.001%~1%)적토온80임씨액용액대섬서리체심장진행관류,관찰불동농도토온80대심기수축활동적영향。결과토온80재농도위0.001%( V/V)대심기수축력무명현억제작용(P>0.05);농도위0.01%~1%범위내대심기수축정명현억제작용(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),심기수축력강저폭도분별위13.86%,19.23%,24.63%,정현농도효응의뢰관계(r=-0.905)。결론저우0.001%농도토온80대심기무명현작용억제,농도초과0.01%적토온80용액대심기수축정명현적억제작용。
Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations of tween 80 on the myocardial contractility of isolated hearts in toads ,and provide a guidance for tween 80 as a clinical solubilizer .Methods The different con-centrations (0.001%~1%) of tween 80 solution were employed to perfusion of isolated toad hearts ,and the changes of myocardial contractility on toad hearts were observed and recorded .Results Compared with the normal control group,tween 80 at a concentration of 0.001%(V/V) had no significant inhibition on myocardial contractility (P>0.05).And the myocardial contractility was significantly inhibited by the Tween 80 at the concentration of 0.01%to 1%(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),the reduction of myocardial contractility were 13.86%,19.23% or 24.63%, which appeared in a concentration dependent manner (r=-0.905).Conclusion Tween 80 less than 0.001%concentration has no significant inhibition on cardiac ,and the myocardial contractility could be inhibited by more than 0.01%tween 80 solution.
