目的：探讨穴位埋线、中医汤药和按摩对颈椎病的治疗作用。方法将120例颈椎病患者随机分为穴位埋线组（40例）、中医汤药组（40例）和按摩组（40例）。穴位埋线组通过对颈项部相关穴位埋线进行治疗；中医汤药组以葛根汤加减进行治疗；按摩组是以舒经活血、理筋整复进行治疗。观察颈椎病症状消失时间的长短、愈后在一定时间内有无复发。结果穴位埋线组痊愈率为90％，中医汤药组痊愈率为85％，按摩组痊愈率为75％。穴位埋线组优于中医汤药组和按摩组，并缩短患者的治疗时间、减少患者复发的次数、医疗费用。结论穴位埋线组可以显著改善颈椎病，促进颈椎病的康复。
목적：탐토혈위매선、중의탕약화안마대경추병적치료작용。방법장120례경추병환자수궤분위혈위매선조（40례）、중의탕약조（40례）화안마조（40례）。혈위매선조통과대경항부상관혈위매선진행치료；중의탕약조이갈근탕가감진행치료；안마조시이서경활혈、리근정복진행치료。관찰경추병증상소실시간적장단、유후재일정시간내유무복발。결과혈위매선조전유솔위90％，중의탕약조전유솔위85％，안마조전유솔위75％。혈위매선조우우중의탕약조화안마조，병축단환자적치료시간、감소환자복발적차수、의료비용。결론혈위매선조가이현저개선경추병，촉진경추병적강복。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding , traditional Chinese medi-cine decoction and massage on cervical spondylosis .Methods 120 cases of cervical spondylosis were randomly di-vided into acupoint catgut embedding therapy group (40 cases),traditional Chinese medicine decoction group (40 ca-ses) and massage group (40 cases).Acupoint catgut embedding group were treated with embedding catgut in different acupoint in the neck .Traditional Chinese medicine decoction group were treated with Gegen decoction addition and subtraction .Massage group is to relax the blood circulation ,tendon restoration for vertebral disease treatment principle . Observing the symptoms disappear time and recurrence after cure .Results The cure rate is 90%in acupoint catgut embedding group and 85%in traditional Chinese medicine decoction group and 75%in massage group .Acupoint cat-gut embedding therapy is better than the traditional Chinese medicine decoction and massage ,which shorten treatment time and reduced the recurrence and lowered medical costs .Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding is helpful to the recovery of the cervical spondylosis .
