目的：探讨孕晚期干预支持在初产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法100例初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组给予常规对症支持护理，观察组在对照组的基础上主要给予干预支持护理，比较两组产时认知行为及自然分娩率、阵痛发作、产程、会阴侧切、产后出血、并发症等分娩结局。结果观察组孕妇分娩态度、应对行为、分娩知识的得分及自然分娩率、满意度都明显高于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计意义（P＜0．05）；观察组产程时间、剖宫产率、阵痛发作、并发症均明显低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论孕晚期干预支持对初产妇产时认知行为及分娩质量有良好帮助，能减轻初产妇焦虑情绪水平，提高其自然分娩率，减少其剖宫产率及并发症，提升母婴安全，提高初产妇对护理的满意度。
목적：탐토잉만기간예지지재초산부분면중적응용효과。방법100례초산부수궤분위관찰조화대조조각50례，대조조급여상규대증지지호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상주요급여간예지지호리，비교량조산시인지행위급자연분면솔、진통발작、산정、회음측절、산후출혈、병발증등분면결국。결과관찰조잉부분면태도、응대행위、분면지식적득분급자연분면솔、만의도도명현고우대조조，량조비교，차이유통계의의（P＜0．05）；관찰조산정시간、부궁산솔、진통발작、병발증균명현저우대조조，량조비교，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론잉만기간예지지대초산부산시인지행위급분면질량유량호방조，능감경초산부초필정서수평，제고기자연분면솔，감소기부궁산솔급병발증，제승모영안전，제고초산부대호리적만의도。
Objective To explore the application of intervention support on primipara in gestation-advanced-stage. Methods 100 Cases of primipara were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,each group was 50 cases .The control group was given conventional general support nursing .observation group was given intervention sup-port on the basis of control group's nursing .Intrapartum cognitive behavior ,rate of natural delivery ,labor pains attack , birth process ,lateral episiotomy ,postpartum hemorrhage ,complication were compared in two groups .Results In ob-servation group ,the attitude of accouchement ,coping behavior ,score of accouchement knowledge ,rate of natural deliv-ery and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group ,the differences were significant(P<0.05). In observation group , labor time , cesarean section rate , labor pains attack and complication were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were also significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Intervention support in gestation-advanced-stage have a good help on intrapartum cognitive behavior and quality of delivery .It can alleviate anxious mood ,increase the natural delivery rate ,lower the cesarean delivery rate and its complication ,promote mater-nal and child safety ,raise satisfaction of nursing .
