目的：探讨两种浓度过氧化氢牙齿美白剂联合治疗变色牙的效果与安全性。方法对66例变色牙患者进行两种浓度过氧化氢牙齿美白剂联合漂白治疗（Ⅰ型35％、Ⅱ型6％），并用Vita比色板比色记录漂白前后的色阶，同时观察治疗期间的不良反应。结果治疗后的色阶平均提高了5．9个，明显高于治疗前，差别有统计学意义（P＜0．0001）；对外源性染色牙、天然色黄及轻度氟斑牙的患者美白效果显著，而四环素牙的患者美白有效，但不理想；所有患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论两种浓度牙齿美白剂型联合治疗变色牙的美白效果显著且安全。
목적：탐토량충농도과양화경아치미백제연합치료변색아적효과여안전성。방법대66례변색아환자진행량충농도과양화경아치미백제연합표백치료（Ⅰ형35％、Ⅱ형6％），병용Vita비색판비색기록표백전후적색계，동시관찰치료기간적불량반응。결과치료후적색계평균제고료5．9개，명현고우치료전，차별유통계학의의（P＜0．0001）；대외원성염색아、천연색황급경도불반아적환자미백효과현저，이사배소아적환자미백유효，단불이상；소유환자균미출현엄중불량반응。결론량충농도아치미백제형연합치료변색아적미백효과현저차안전。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combined treatment of discolored teeth by two tooth whitening agents with different hydrogen peroxide concentrations .Methods 66 patients with discolored teeth accept-ed combined bleaching treatment by two tooth whitening agents with different hydrogen peroxide concentrations ( typeⅠ35%and typeⅡ35%) .Vita shade guide was used to record pre and post-bleaching color gradation .Observation of adverse reactions was also conducted .Results Compared with pre-treatment state ,post-treatment color gradation was 5 .9 higher on the average .Differences in color gradation before and after treatment were statistically significant ( P<0 .000 1 ) .The treatment showed a significant whitening effect in patients with exogenously stained teeth , naturally yellow teeth and mildly fluorotic teeth .Whitening effect on tetracycline stained teeth was detected but not ideal .No se-rious adverse reaction was observed .Conclusion As per statistic data of clinical experimental results , combined treatment by two tooth whitening agents containing different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide is effective and safe for teeth whitening .
