非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）是一种无过量饮酒史，以肝实质细胞脂肪变性和脂肪堆积为特征的临床病理综合征，是一种与胰岛素抵抗和遗传易感密切相关的代谢性肝损伤。近年来，随着肥胖症和代谢综合征在全球的流行，NAFLD增长迅速且呈低龄化发展趋势。为此医疗工作者们，为更好的治疗NAFLD开展了一些列的实验和临床研究，取得了一定的效果。中医药作为我国的传统医药，在治疗NAFLD方面发挥了一定的优势。本文主要从NAFLD的病因病机、辩证分型、以及治法方药等几个方面就中医药治疗NAFLD研究进展做如下综述。

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a clinical syndrome, fatty degeneration in liver parenchyma cells and adipose accumulation, patients with no history of heavy drinking, is a kind of metabolic liver injury, is closely related to insulin resistance and genetic predisposition. In recent years, with the popularity of obesity and metabolic syndrome in the world, the rapid growth of the NAFLD assumes the development trend of younger age. To this end, for better treatment of NAFLD, medical workers carried out a series of experimental and clinical research, obtained the certain effect. As a traditional Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, has a certain advantage in treatment of NAFLD. This article mainly from the etiology and pathogenesis of NAFLD, dialectical classification, summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of NAFLD.
