目的：评价根管充填剂、AH plus 和 iRoot SP 三种根管封闭剂的根尖密封性。方法选择拔除的单根管牙39颗，按随机数字表法分为根管充填剂组、AH plus 组和 iRoot SP 组各13颗牙，手用器械逐步后退法进行体外根管预备后，采用冷牙胶侧方加压法对各组离体牙进行牙胶尖＋相应的根管封闭剂根管充填，使用染料渗透法检测各组染料渗透入根管内的长度，并进行比较。结果根管充填剂组根管内染色长度大于 AH plus 组和 iRoot SP 组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），AH plus组和 iRoot SP 组根管内染色长度差异无统计学意义。结论 AH plus 和 iRoot SP 根尖封闭性能相近，根管充填剂的根尖封闭性弱于 AH plus 和 iRoot SP。
목적：평개근관충전제、AH plus 화 iRoot SP 삼충근관봉폐제적근첨밀봉성。방법선택발제적단근관아39과，안수궤수자표법분위근관충전제조、AH plus 조화 iRoot SP 조각13과아，수용기계축보후퇴법진행체외근관예비후，채용랭아효측방가압법대각조리체아진행아효첨＋상응적근관봉폐제근관충전，사용염료삼투법검측각조염료삼투입근관내적장도，병진행비교。결과근관충전제조근관내염색장도대우 AH plus 조화 iRoot SP 조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），AH plus조화 iRoot SP 조근관내염색장도차이무통계학의의。결론 AH plus 화 iRoot SP 근첨봉폐성능상근，근관충전제적근첨봉폐성약우 AH plus 화 iRoot SP。
Objective To compare the sealing ability of three kinds of sealing materials (canal filling agent,AH plus and iRoot SP)in root canal therapy.Methods Thirty-nine newly extracted single-canal teeth were divided into three groups .The root canals were prepared using hand instruments ,and obturated with corresponding sealing materials by step -back technique.The sealing ability was e-valuated by dye penetration method .Results The mean dyeing length of root canal filling agent was significantly longer than AH plus and iRoot SP(P <0.05).Conclusion AH plus and iRoot SP have sealing ability that is better than root canal filling ? agent in root canal therapy.
