目的:探讨冻融卵裂期胚胎移植中过夜培养对临床妊娠结局的影响。方法2011年12月至2012年12月在我院生殖医疗中心接受玻璃化冷冻的卵裂期胚胎移植患者共237个周期,其中胚胎解冻时间为移植当日128个周期(A 组),过夜培养109个周期(B 组),比较两组的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、流产率。结果 A 组胚胎种植率低于 B 组(P <0.05),而临床妊娠率和流产率与 B 组,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论将胚胎提前解冻培养过夜,观察解冻后胚胎的进一步发育情况,可提高胚胎种植率,为临床选择移植胚胎提供有意义的参考。
目的:探討凍融卵裂期胚胎移植中過夜培養對臨床妊娠結跼的影響。方法2011年12月至2012年12月在我院生殖醫療中心接受玻璃化冷凍的卵裂期胚胎移植患者共237箇週期,其中胚胎解凍時間為移植噹日128箇週期(A 組),過夜培養109箇週期(B 組),比較兩組的胚胎種植率、臨床妊娠率、流產率。結果 A 組胚胎種植率低于 B 組(P <0.05),而臨床妊娠率和流產率與 B 組,差異無統計學意義(P >0.05)。結論將胚胎提前解凍培養過夜,觀察解凍後胚胎的進一步髮育情況,可提高胚胎種植率,為臨床選擇移植胚胎提供有意義的參攷。
목적:탐토동융란렬기배태이식중과야배양대림상임신결국적영향。방법2011년12월지2012년12월재아원생식의료중심접수파리화냉동적란렬기배태이식환자공237개주기,기중배태해동시간위이식당일128개주기(A 조),과야배양109개주기(B 조),비교량조적배태충식솔、림상임신솔、유산솔。결과 A 조배태충식솔저우 B 조(P <0.05),이림상임신솔화유산솔여 B 조,차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론장배태제전해동배양과야,관찰해동후배태적진일보발육정황,가제고배태충식솔,위림상선택이식배태제공유의의적삼고。
Objective To explore the impact of culture overnight during frozen -thawed cleavage-stage embryo transfers on pregnancy outcome.Methods Data of 237 cycles of vitrified cleavage-stage embryos from the Third Affiliated Hospital between De -cember 2011 and December 2012 was retrospectively analyzed.The embryo were divided into group A (embryo was thawed on the day of transplantation) and group B (embryo was culture overnight ).The embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate were compared between the two groups .Results The embryo implantation rate was significantly lower in the group A when compared with that in the group B (P <0.05).However,no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate was found between the two groups.Conclusion It may provide a valuable reference for the selection of high quality of embryo when embryos are thawed in advance and cultured overnight ,and then the development of embryos can be observed .This method also facilitates the arrangement of laboratory working.
