以南昌地铁1号线邻近建筑二中宿舍楼为研究对象,基于动力反应分析理论,建立隧道-大地-建筑的三维有限元模型,在计算边界域施加黏弹性人工边界,研究双线双向隧道上行线和下行线不同隔振工况下,宿舍楼室内的振动响应及振动在楼层之间的传递规律。研究结果表明:上行线和下行线隧道均采用整体道床时,室内振动超出标准;如果仅在上行线隧道采用钢弹簧浮置板道床进行隔振,室内振动降低到标准以内,但是富余量不大;当上行线和下行线隧道均采用钢弹簧浮置板道床进行隔振时,宿舍楼室内的振动大大降低,距标准规定的限值有很大的富余量。研究发现钢弹簧浮置板对6.3~15 Hz 范围内的振动有放大效应,隔振区间主要在15 Hz 以上;低频振动随着楼层的升高而增强,Z 振级在各楼层之间变化不大。

Nan Chang No.2school's dormitory which is an adjacent building of Nanchang Metro Line 1 was taken as the research object.Based on the dynamic response analysis theory,three -dimensional finite element model of tunnel -earth -building was established,and applied viscoelastic artificial boundary in the boundary of cal-culation domain.Research was done about the vibration response and the transfer rules of the building layers when the lines were applied on different damping conditions.The results show that:If the uplink and the down-link tunnel both adopt monolithic track bed,indoor vibration will be beyond the standard requirements;If the tunnel adopt the floating slab track for vibration reduction only in the downlink,indoor vibration will be con-trolled within the standard requirements,but the amount of surplus is small;When the uplink and the downlink tunnel both adopt the floating slab track for vibration reduction,vibration in the dormitory will be greatly re-duced,and has a large amount of surplus to the standard limit.The effective working range of the floating slab track is mainly larger than 15 Hz,and it can lead to vibration amplification effect within the range of frequency 6.3 -15 Hz .The low frequency vibration will be enhanced with the increase of the floor,and the Z vibration level changes little between floors.
