目的:探讨石英纤维桩修复的双根管前磨牙的体外抗折性能。方法选择正畸治疗中拔除的双根管前磨牙76颗,采用随机数字法分为 A、B 两组各38颗。两组均自唇侧牙体长轴垂直沿釉牙骨质界上2.0 mm 水平截冠,并进行常规牙根管治疗。 A 组采用石英纤维桩修复,B 组采用玻璃纤维桩修复,两组样本包埋后以压力测试仪测量样本发生瞬间折裂时的作用力数值,比较两组抗折裂强度和折裂方式。结果 A、B 两组抗折裂强度分别为(398.63±13.94)N 和(229.88±14.39)N,差异有统计学意义(t =28.965,P =0.004);折裂后可再次修复率分别为86.84%、78.95%,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论石英纤维桩修复的双根管前磨牙体外抗折性能优于玻璃纤维桩,承受力较好,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To investigate the in vitro anti-fracture property of quartz fiber post in restoration of double root canal anterior molars.Methods Seventy-six double root canal anterior molars were extracted in orthodontic treatment .The teeth were ran-domly divided into group A and B (38 teeth in each group) according to the digital random method .The tooth crown was cut from the labial tooth axis along the vertical CEJ 2 mm level and given the conventional root canal treatment in the both groups .The group A was treated with quartz fiber post restoration while the group B was treated with glass fiber post restoration .The force values were measured by using a pressure tester when buried teeth samples had instant fracture .The anti-fracture strength and fracture mode were compared between the two groups.Results The flexural tensile strengths in the two groups were 398.63±1.394 N and 229.88±14.39 N,respec-tively.The difference was statistically significant (t =28.965,P =0.004).The Re-repair rates after fracture in the two groups were 86.84% and 78.95%,respectively.The difference was no statistically significant (P >0.05).Conclusion The in vitro anti-fracture property of quartz fiber post in the restoration of double root canals is better than that of glass fiber reinforced piles ,and the material has better bearing strength.Therefore,it is worth to be further popularized.
