目的：分析低分子肝素与银杏达莫联合治疗心源性脑栓塞疾病的效果。方法整群选取心源性脑栓塞患者88例，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规基础上加用低分子肝素联合银杏达莫治疗。结果两组治疗前NIHSS评分为对照组(13.51±3.46)分，治疗组(13.06±3.42)分；治疗后NIHSS评分为对照组(5.69±1.04)分，治疗组(2.10±0.27)分；两组治疗后NIHSS评分均显著降低，且治疗组显著低于对照组；对照组治疗总有效70.5%，用药时间(15.79±3.46)d，治疗组总有效率90.9%，用药时间(11.87±2.64)d，两组差异均显著。结论低分子肝素联合银杏达莫治疗心源性脑栓塞效果显著。
목적：분석저분자간소여은행체막연합치료심원성뇌전새질병적효과。방법정군선취심원성뇌전새환자88례，수궤분위량조，대조조급여상규치료，치료조재상규기출상가용저분자간소연합은행체막치료。결과량조치료전NIHSS평분위대조조(13.51±3.46)분，치료조(13.06±3.42)분；치료후NIHSS평분위대조조(5.69±1.04)분，치료조(2.10±0.27)분；량조치료후NIHSS평분균현저강저，차치료조현저저우대조조；대조조치료총유효70.5%，용약시간(15.79±3.46)d，치료조총유효솔90.9%，용약시간(11.87±2.64)d，량조차이균현저。결론저분자간소연합은행체막치료심원성뇌전새효과현저。
Objective To analyze the effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with ginkgo bilobate extract in the treatment of cardiogenic cerebral embolism disease. Methods 88 cases of patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated routinely. Besides routine therapy the treatment group was treated with combined therapy of low molecular weight heparin and Ginkgo bilobate extract. Results Before treatment, the NIHSS scores of the control and that of the treatment were (13.51± 3.46) and (13.06±3.42); after treatment the NIHSS scores of the control and that of the treatment were (5.69±1.04) and (2.10±0.27); NIHSS score after treatment of the two groups were significantly decreased, and that of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group;Total effective and medication time of the control were 70.5%and(15.79±3.46)d, while those of the treatment were 90.9%and(11.87±2.64)d, and there were significant differences be-tween the two groups. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with ginkgo bilobate extract in the treatment of cardio-genic cerebral embolism has remarkable effect.
