目的：总结心脏死亡器官捐献（donors after cardiac death，DCD）器官移植方面的经验。方法分析自我院开展DCD 工作以来9例成功捐献移植病例的病例资料。结果9例 DCD 者实施了15例肾移植，8例受者出现移植肾功能延迟恢复，2例受者术后因重症肺部感染死亡，其余受者移植物功能良好，1年移植物／人存活率86．6％。结论 DCD 可以扩大供体器官来源，但应注意并发症，提高整体效果。
目的：總結心髒死亡器官捐獻（donors after cardiac death，DCD）器官移植方麵的經驗。方法分析自我院開展DCD 工作以來9例成功捐獻移植病例的病例資料。結果9例 DCD 者實施瞭15例腎移植，8例受者齣現移植腎功能延遲恢複，2例受者術後因重癥肺部感染死亡，其餘受者移植物功能良好，1年移植物／人存活率86．6％。結論 DCD 可以擴大供體器官來源，但應註意併髮癥，提高整體效果。
목적：총결심장사망기관연헌（donors after cardiac death，DCD）기관이식방면적경험。방법분석자아원개전DCD 공작이래9례성공연헌이식병례적병례자료。결과9례 DCD 자실시료15례신이식，8례수자출현이식신공능연지회복，2례수자술후인중증폐부감염사망，기여수자이식물공능량호，1년이식물／인존활솔86．6％。결론 DCD 가이확대공체기관래원，단응주의병발증，제고정체효과。
Objective To summarize our experience of utilizing the organs derived from donors after cardiac death (DCD). Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical profiles of 9 donors after DCD in our Hospital .Results There were totally 15 re-cipients undergone kidney transplantation derived from the donors .Of the 15recipients,8 cases occurred delayed graft function ,two re-cipients dead due to severe pulmonary infection and the rest had good graft function .The 1-year graft /recipient survival was 86.6%. Conclusion The donor source can be expanded with DCD donors .However,the occurrence of complications should be noted and the effects of DCD transplantation should be improved .
