确定了用 X 射线荧光光谱法测定硫铁矿选矿尾砂中主量元素含量的最佳测定条件,该方法简单、条件易控制,SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、MgO 元素的相对标准偏差分别达到0.40%、0.78%、3.6%、5.9%。经大量实验证明,采用本方法测定,准确度较高,操作方便,结果令人满意。

The optimum analytical conditions for determining major elements contents in residue of processing pyrite ore by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry were established. The RSD was 0.40%, 0.78%, 3.6% and 5.9% for silicon oxide, alumina oxide, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide, respectively. This method is characterized by simple operation, rapid analysis speed, and reliable and stable results.
