目的:观察子宫腺肌病(AM)患者子宫内膜组织中雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、类固醇受体辅助活化因子3(SRC-3)的表达变化,探讨其临床意义。方法采用组织芯片技术及免疫组化法检测42例AM患者异位内膜组织(异位内膜组)和15例子宫肌瘤患者非瘤区子宫内膜组织(对照内膜组)的ER、PR、SRC-3。结果与对照内膜组比较,异位内膜组ER、PR表达降低,SRC-3表达升高,P均<0.05;对照内膜组增殖期ER、PR、SRC-3表达均高于分泌期(P均<0.05),异位内膜组增殖期、分泌期ER、PR、SRC-3表达无明显差异(P均>0.05);异位内膜组分泌期ER表达低于对照内膜组分泌期(P<0.05)。异位内膜组ER与SRC-3表达呈负相关(r=-0.693, P<0.01)。结论 AM患者子宫内膜组织中ER、PR低表达、SRC-3高表达,三者可能与AM的发生、发展有关。

목적:관찰자궁선기병(AM)환자자궁내막조직중자격소수체(ER)、잉격소수체(PR)、류고순수체보조활화인자3(SRC-3)적표체변화,탐토기림상의의。방법채용조직심편기술급면역조화법검측42례AM환자이위내막조직(이위내막조)화15례자궁기류환자비류구자궁내막조직(대조내막조)적ER、PR、SRC-3。결과여대조내막조비교,이위내막조ER、PR표체강저,SRC-3표체승고,P균<0.05;대조내막조증식기ER、PR、SRC-3표체균고우분비기(P균<0.05),이위내막조증식기、분비기ER、PR、SRC-3표체무명현차이(P균>0.05);이위내막조분비기ER표체저우대조내막조분비기(P<0.05)。이위내막조ER여SRC-3표체정부상관(r=-0.693, P<0.01)。결론 AM환자자궁내막조직중ER、PR저표체、SRC-3고표체,삼자가능여AM적발생、발전유관。
Objective To observe the expression changes of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and steroid receptor coactivator-3 (SRC-3) in the endometrial tissues of patients with adenomyosis (AM) and to investigate their significance .Methods The expression of ER , PR and SRC-3 was detected by immunohistochemistry and tissue mi-croarray method in the ectopic endometria of 42 AM patients (EE group) and in the normal endometria of 15 patients with hysteromyoma ( NE group) .Results Compared with the NE group , the expression of ER and PR was decreased , and the expression of SRC-3 was increased in the EE group (all P<0.05).The expression of ER, PR and SRC-3 in the prolifera-tive phase of the NE group was higher than that in the secretory phase (all P<0.05).No statistically significant differences were found in ER, PR and SRC-3 of the EE group between the proliferative phase and secretory phase (all P>0.05).In the secretory phase, the ER expression of the EE group was lower than that in the NE group (P<0.05).There was a neg-ative correlation between ER and SRC-3 in the EE group (r=-0.693, P<0.01).Conclusions ER and PR is lowly ex-pressed and SRC-3 is highly expressed in the endometrial tissues of AM patients , and they may be related with the occur-rence and development of AM .
