目的：：观察护理干预对真菌性外耳道炎患者的疗效。方法：回顾性分析86例真菌性外耳道炎患者的临床资料，按照数字图表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各43例。对照组患者给予常规护理，研究组患者给予护理干预，比较两组患者干预前、后焦虑抑郁评分、依从性及疗效。结果：干预后，研究组患者得SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)，依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：护理干预对真菌性外耳道炎患者的疗效优于常规护理疗效。
目的：：觀察護理榦預對真菌性外耳道炎患者的療效。方法：迴顧性分析86例真菌性外耳道炎患者的臨床資料，按照數字圖錶法分為對照組和觀察組，每組各43例。對照組患者給予常規護理，研究組患者給予護理榦預，比較兩組患者榦預前、後焦慮抑鬱評分、依從性及療效。結果：榦預後，研究組患者得SAS、SDS評分均低于對照組(P<0.05)，依從率高于對照組(P<0.05)。結論：護理榦預對真菌性外耳道炎患者的療效優于常規護理療效。
목적：：관찰호리간예대진균성외이도염환자적료효。방법：회고성분석86례진균성외이도염환자적림상자료，안조수자도표법분위대조조화관찰조，매조각43례。대조조환자급여상규호리，연구조환자급여호리간예，비교량조환자간예전、후초필억욱평분、의종성급료효。결과：간예후，연구조환자득SAS、SDS평분균저우대조조(P<0.05)，의종솔고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：호리간예대진균성외이도염환자적료효우우상규호리료효。
Objective:To analyze effects of nursing intervention on fungal otitis externa. Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 86 cases of fungal otitis externa patients was performed, According to the digital chart method, they were divided into control group and research group of 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the research group were giv-en nursing intervention. The anxiety and depression scores, compliance and efficacy of the two group before and after the intervention were compared. Results:After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of research group were lower than those of control group ( P<0. 05);however, the compliance rate was higher (P<0. 05). Conclusions:The nursing intervention has superior effects on fungal o-titis externa than the routine care.
