目的:探讨早期康复锻炼对高血压基底节区脑出血患者的临床效果。方法:分析了2011年1月~2012年12月我院收治的88例高血压基底节区脑出血患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均采用神经内科常规治疗,观察组在此基础上实施早期康复锻炼,两组治疗1月后评价效果。结果:观察组44例中显著有效22例,部分有效18例,无效4例,总有效率90.91%。对照组44例中显著有效12例,部分有效16例,无效16例,总有效率63.64%。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复锻炼对高血压基底节区脑出血患者的临床效果较好,利于患者肢体功能恢复和改善日常生活能力。

목적:탐토조기강복단련대고혈압기저절구뇌출혈환자적림상효과。방법:분석료2011년1월~2012년12월아원수치적88례고혈압기저절구뇌출혈환자적림상자료,수궤분위관찰조화대조조,량조환자균채용신경내과상규치료,관찰조재차기출상실시조기강복단련,량조치료1월후평개효과。결과:관찰조44례중현저유효22례,부분유효18례,무효4례,총유효솔90.91%。대조조44례중현저유효12례,부분유효16례,무효16례,총유효솔63.64%。관찰조치료총유효솔명현고우대조조,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:조기강복단련대고혈압기저절구뇌출혈환자적림상효과교호,리우환자지체공능회복화개선일상생활능력。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation training on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. Methods From 2011 January to 2012 of December in our hospital 88 cases of patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage clinical data, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of patients with neurological department of internal medicine routine treatment, early rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the observation group, to evaluate the effect of treatment in the two groups after January. Results Observation group is significantly effective in 44 cases of 22 cases, some effective 18 cases, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 90.91%. The control group of 44 cases, 12 cases were markedly effective, some effective in 16 cases, 16 had no effect, the total effective rate was 63.64%. Treatment group total effectiveness is significantly higher than control group, comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation exercise on hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage in patients with clinical effect is good, good for patients with limb function recovery and improve the ability of everyday life.
