    通过对和田地区墨玉县喀尔赛镇双语教育深入的实地调查，为新疆的南疆地区，尤其是和田地区的农村双语教育提供一个样本，为第二次新疆工作会议关于教育方面重要政策的贯彻落实提供依据。
    통과대화전지구묵옥현객이새진쌍어교육심입적실지조사，위신강적남강지구，우기시화전지구적농촌쌍어교육제공일개양본，위제이차신강공작회의관우교육방면중요정책적관철락실제공의거。
    Through field investigation in bilingual education in the Town of Karsay in Moyu County of Hotan region, the author tries to provide a sample for rural bilingual education to south Xinjiang, especially Hotan region, and promote realizing the important policies about education made in the second Xinjiang Work Conference.
