目的：探讨透明帽辅助无痛结肠镜单人操作在检查中的应用。方法：收治接受结肠镜检查患者180例，随机分为试验组和对照组，对照组给予常规结肠镜检查，试验组给予透明帽辅助无痛结肠镜检查，比较两组息肉检出率、平均插镜时间、成功率、安全性。结果：试验组和对照组成功率、操作时间、平均操作时间、息肉检出率比较差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：透明帽辅助无痛结肠镜单人操作插镜时间短，息肉检出率较高，安全性好。

목적：탐토투명모보조무통결장경단인조작재검사중적응용。방법：수치접수결장경검사환자180례，수궤분위시험조화대조조，대조조급여상규결장경검사，시험조급여투명모보조무통결장경검사，비교량조식육검출솔、평균삽경시간、성공솔、안전성。결과：시험조화대조조성공솔、조작시간、평균조작시간、식육검출솔비교차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：투명모보조무통결장경단인조작삽경시간단，식육검출솔교고，안전성호。
Objective:To investigate the transparent cap application in painless colonoscopy examination.Methods: 180 patients undergoing colonoscopy were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given conventional colonoscopy,while the experimental group was given a transparent cap in painless colonoscopy,then we compared the polyp detection rate,the average insertion time,success rate,safety of the two groups.Results:The difference of success rate,operation time,average operation time,the polyp detection rate of the experimental group and the control group had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transparent cap in painless colonoscopy has short insertion time,high polyp detection rate,and good safety.
