目的：探讨集束干预策略在急性脑卒中患者院前急救护理中的应用效果。方法：将134例急性脑卒中患者按时间先后分为常规护理组（对照组）和集束干预护理组（观察组），常规护理组采取常规的对症护理措施，集束干预护理组分别采取指导家庭急救、现场规范处置、途中严密监护等集束干预策略，将两组患者的转运成功率、自理能力评分、患者满意度作为观察指标，分析护理集束干预策略在急性脑卒中患者院前急救中的应用效果。结果：观察组患者的转运成功率、自理能力评分、患者满意度均高于对照组（P＜0.01)。结论：集束干预策略在急性脑卒中患者院前急救护理中的应用效果好，值得临床推广。
目的：探討集束榦預策略在急性腦卒中患者院前急救護理中的應用效果。方法：將134例急性腦卒中患者按時間先後分為常規護理組（對照組）和集束榦預護理組（觀察組），常規護理組採取常規的對癥護理措施，集束榦預護理組分彆採取指導傢庭急救、現場規範處置、途中嚴密鑑護等集束榦預策略，將兩組患者的轉運成功率、自理能力評分、患者滿意度作為觀察指標，分析護理集束榦預策略在急性腦卒中患者院前急救中的應用效果。結果：觀察組患者的轉運成功率、自理能力評分、患者滿意度均高于對照組（P＜0.01)。結論：集束榦預策略在急性腦卒中患者院前急救護理中的應用效果好，值得臨床推廣。
목적：탐토집속간예책략재급성뇌졸중환자원전급구호리중적응용효과。방법：장134례급성뇌졸중환자안시간선후분위상규호리조（대조조）화집속간예호리조（관찰조），상규호리조채취상규적대증호리조시，집속간예호리조분별채취지도가정급구、현장규범처치、도중엄밀감호등집속간예책략，장량조환자적전운성공솔、자리능력평분、환자만의도작위관찰지표，분석호리집속간예책략재급성뇌졸중환자원전급구중적응용효과。결과：관찰조환자적전운성공솔、자리능력평분、환자만의도균고우대조조（P＜0.01)。결론：집속간예책략재급성뇌졸중환자원전급구호리중적응용효과호，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the cluster strategy in patients with acute stroke first aid. Methods 134 cases of acute stroke patients were diveded into routine nursing group (control group) and cluster nursing intervention group (observation group), the routine nursing group accepted routine nursing measures, cluster nursing intervention group were taken to guide family emergency, on-site disposal, close monitoring and so on standard cluster intervention strategies, two groups of patients with transfer success rate, self-care ability score, patient satisfaction as observation index, application effect analysis of cluster intervention strategies in emergency nursing care of patients with acute stroke in. Results In the observation group, the success rate of transport, self-care ability score, patient satisfaction was higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Hospital cluster intervention strategies in acute stroke patients first aid nursing application effect of good, worthy of clinical application.
