目的：探讨高血压心脏病室性早搏采用联合用药的疗效。方法：选取76例于近一年期间我院接收的高血压心脏病室性早搏患者，将其平分为对照组与实验组，将稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔给予实验组治疗，美托洛尔给予对照组治疗，观察两组疗效。结果：实验组疗效明显好于对照组（P<0.05），并发症方面两组比较无统计差异，而实验组血流变指标在治疗后改善明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：高血压心脏病室性早搏采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔的治疗方案，治疗过程中副作用少，疗效显著，值得推广。
目的：探討高血壓心髒病室性早搏採用聯閤用藥的療效。方法：選取76例于近一年期間我院接收的高血壓心髒病室性早搏患者，將其平分為對照組與實驗組，將穩心顆粒聯閤美託洛爾給予實驗組治療，美託洛爾給予對照組治療，觀察兩組療效。結果：實驗組療效明顯好于對照組（P<0.05），併髮癥方麵兩組比較無統計差異，而實驗組血流變指標在治療後改善明顯優于對照組（P<0.05）。結論：高血壓心髒病室性早搏採用穩心顆粒聯閤美託洛爾的治療方案，治療過程中副作用少，療效顯著，值得推廣。
목적：탐토고혈압심장병실성조박채용연합용약적료효。방법：선취76례우근일년기간아원접수적고혈압심장병실성조박환자，장기평분위대조조여실험조，장은심과립연합미탁락이급여실험조치료，미탁락이급여대조조치료，관찰량조료효。결과：실험조료효명현호우대조조（P<0.05），병발증방면량조비교무통계차이，이실험조혈류변지표재치료후개선명현우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：고혈압심장병실성조박채용은심과립연합미탁락이적치료방안，치료과정중부작용소，료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective to investigate the hypertensive heart disease using the curative effect of combination of premature beat. Methods:select 76 cases in recent year our hospital receives high blood pressure, heart disease patients with ventricular premature beat, it was divided into control group and experimental group, the metacentre grain joint metoprolol group was given metoprolol control group was given to observe the curative effect of the two groups. Results:the experimental group curative effect significantly better than the control group(P<0.05), complications in two groups was no statistical difference, the indexes after treatment to improve the experimental group was better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:hypertensive heart disease of ventricular premature beat the metacentre grain joint metoprolol treatment, less side effects in the process of treatment, the curative effect is distinct, worthy of promotion.
