目的：观察“自拟降脂汤”治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法：将60例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例，对照组给予饮食及生活习惯干预，治疗组给予“自拟降脂汤”口服。服药4周后统计治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C含量。结果：在60例病例中，治疗组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C与对照组无明显区别（P>0.05），并且治疗组治疗后低于治疗前（P<0.05），治疗组治疗后低于对照组治疗后（P<0.05）。但HDL-C变化不明显（P>0.05）。结论：针对高脂血症的直接病因痰浊食积，兼顾肝肾亏虚的根本原因，选用利湿降浊化积、补益肝肾之药物达到标本兼治的目的。
목적：관찰“자의강지탕”치료고지혈증적료효。방법：장60례고지혈증환자수궤분위치료조여대조조각30례，대조조급여음식급생활습관간예，치료조급여“자의강지탕”구복。복약4주후통계치료전후TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C함량。결과：재60례병례중，치료조TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C여대조조무명현구별（P>0.05），병차치료조치료후저우치료전（P<0.05），치료조치료후저우대조조치료후（P<0.05）。단HDL-C변화불명현（P>0.05）。결론：침대고지혈증적직접병인담탁식적，겸고간신우허적근본원인，선용리습강탁화적、보익간신지약물체도표본겸치적목적。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of self-Intended Lipid lowering Decoction treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:60 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomized divided into two groups of 30 patients. The contrast group with diet and lifestyle interventions, the treatment group received the treatment of Chinese traditional medicine—taking the self-Intended Lipid lowering Decoction. After 4 weeks make a statistical about the content of TC, TG ,HDL - C, LDL - C before and after treatment.Results:In 60 cases, there is no significant difference between the content of TC, TG ,HDL - C, LDL - C treatment group and contrast group (P>0.05), and after treatment treatment group was lower than before treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group was low than the control group after treatment (P<0.05). But HDL-C did not change significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion:The direct cause of hyperlipidemia phlegm indigestion, taking into account the root causes of deficiency of the liver and kidney, the choice of eliminating dampness ,resolving turbidity and huaji, drugs of replenishing liver and kidney to reach not only temporary purpose but also permanent cure.
