目的：：探讨膀胱测压配合排尿意识是否能减少拔管后重新插管的概率。方法：选择2012年2月~2014年2月我院产科留置尿管的产妇200例为研究对象，随机分为对照组103例和试验组97例，对照组使用常规方法拔出尿管；试验组使用简易膀胱测压法对患者膀胱进行测压，并配合患者排尿意识拔出尿管，观察两组患者拔管后首次顺利排尿时间、排尿容量及发生尿路刺激征和再次插管率。结果：试验组重新插管率低于对照组(P <0.05)，首次顺利排尿时间早于对照组(P <0.05)，首次排尿容量高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论：简易膀胱测压配合排尿意识可以减少产后留置尿管拔出后重新插管的概率，该法操作简单、容易掌握，可以在基层医院应用推广。
목적：：탐토방광측압배합배뇨의식시부능감소발관후중신삽관적개솔。방법：선택2012년2월~2014년2월아원산과류치뇨관적산부200례위연구대상，수궤분위대조조103례화시험조97례，대조조사용상규방법발출뇨관；시험조사용간역방광측압법대환자방광진행측압，병배합환자배뇨의식발출뇨관，관찰량조환자발관후수차순리배뇨시간、배뇨용량급발생뇨로자격정화재차삽관솔。결과：시험조중신삽관솔저우대조조(P <0.05)，수차순리배뇨시간조우대조조(P <0.05)，수차배뇨용량고우대조조(P <0.05)。결론：간역방광측압배합배뇨의식가이감소산후류치뇨관발출후중신삽관적개솔，해법조작간단、용역장악，가이재기층의원응용추엄。
Objective:To disscuss simple bladder manometry in patients with indwelling catheter for postpartum cystometry and training on reduce the chance of reintubation after extubation. Methods:Chose February 2012 - February 2014 obstetric maternal indwelling catheter 200 cases,and they were randomly di-vided into control group with 103 cases which received conventional methods remove the catheter,and experimental group with 97 cases,received a simple bladder manometry performed in patients with bladder manometry,and pull out the catheter with the patient to urinate consciousness,were observed after the first successful extubation time urination,urination capacity and the number of cases of urinary tract irritation and reintubation occurred. Results:Experimen-tal group reintubation rate was significantly lower than the control group,in the experimental group the urination first time was earlier than the control group, and the urination capacity was more than control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Simple cystometry and training can reduce postpartum indwelling catheter pulled out after the chance to reintubation,the method is simple,easy to learn,can be apply to promote the prima-ry hospital.
