结合《油气输送管道线路工程水工保护设计规范》(SY 6793-2010),指出了水工保护设计应取得的资料、依据的规范,并将设计过程划分为三个阶段。阐述了各设计阶段的主要任务,探讨了挡土墙用于水工保护时应注意的问题,给出了管道沿冲沟、河床底敷设时的防冲刷措施及沿高陡土质边坡顺坡敷设时的处理方法。

Combined with Code for design of oil and gas transportation pipeline hydraulic protection (SY 6793-2010), the necessary information and codes for design of hydraulic protection were pointed out, and the whole design process was divided into three stages. The primary mission in each stage was illustrated, several design notes for using retaining wall in hydraulic protection was discussed, and measures for water scouring protection when laying pipe along rivers or gullies and laying pipe on high and steep soil slope were put forward.
