目的：探讨双锁定钢板多平面固定技术治疗波及二柱或三柱损伤的复杂胫骨平台骨折的作用原理及临床疗效。方法：2011年1月-2014年4月对21例波及二柱或三柱损伤的复杂胫骨平台骨折的患者采用双锁定钢板多平面固定技术治疗。结果：本组21例患者，获随访0.5~3.5年，术后复查X线片，示骨折复位及内固定良好，关节面平整，无迟发性畸形发生，无骨感染及伤口感染发生，骨折如期愈合，膝关节及下肢功能恢复满意。结论：双锁定钢板多平面固定技术具有固定可靠、可以早期活动、骨折愈合率高、关节功能恢复良好等优点，是治疗波及二柱或三柱损伤的复杂胫骨平台骨折的理想方法，可以预期取得较好的临床效果。
목적：탐토쌍쇄정강판다평면고정기술치료파급이주혹삼주손상적복잡경골평태골절적작용원리급림상료효。방법：2011년1월-2014년4월대21례파급이주혹삼주손상적복잡경골평태골절적환자채용쌍쇄정강판다평면고정기술치료。결과：본조21례환자，획수방0.5~3.5년，술후복사X선편，시골절복위급내고정량호，관절면평정，무지발성기형발생，무골감염급상구감염발생，골절여기유합，슬관절급하지공능회복만의。결론：쌍쇄정강판다평면고정기술구유고정가고、가이조기활동、골절유합솔고、관절공능회복량호등우점，시치료파급이주혹삼주손상적복잡경골평태골절적이상방법，가이예기취득교호적림상효과。
Objective:To explore the action principle and clinical curative effect of treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures spread to two column or three column injury by multi plane fixation technique with double locking plates.Method:From January 2011 to April 2014,21 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures spread to two column or three column injury were treated by multi plane fixation technique with double locking plates.Result:21 cases were followed up for 0.5 year to 3.5 years.21 cases after reviewing the X ray,were showed the fracture reduction and internal fixation good,the articular surface smooth, no delayed deformity,no bone infection and wound infection,the injured limb and joint function recovered satisfaction.Conclusion:The multi plane fixation technique with double locking Plates has reliable fixation,early activity,high rate of fracture healing,good joint function recovered and the other advantages.It is the wonderful method to treat complex tibial plateau fractures spread to two column or three column injury.It can also achieve better expected clinical results.
