随着医改的不断深入，越来越多的基层医院临床药师开始参与到临床合理用药中。笔者结合在基层医院的工作经历，就基层医院临床药师的工作现状、工作中的成绩与面临的问题、临床药师如何更快进步等问题总结了个人体会，并对基层医院临床药师的工作前景进行展望。

Guiding clinical rational use of medication is an essential way by which pharmacists are transformed from pharmacy pharmacists to clinical pharmacists. On the basis of personal experience in the clinical pharmacy department in the grass-roots hospitals, the author presents the current work, the achievements and problems of clinical pharmacists in the grass-roots hospitals, discusses how to make greater progress for clinical pharmacists, and analyzes the work prospects of clinical pharmacists in the grass-roots hospitals.
