目的:探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)浓度变化与结直肠癌术后并发症的相关性。方法应用双抗体夹心免疫化学荧光法测定回顾性研究80例结直肠癌患者术后第1、2、3、5、7天血清降钙素原值变化,分析与结直肠癌术后可能出现的并发症的相关原理。结果研究80例患者结直肠癌术后并发症显示:血清降钙素原变化能反映结直肠癌术后可预测的并发症,与细胞因子、肠道细菌内毒素、D-乳果糖、二胺氧化酶等因素呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清降钙素原的水平变化能分析出结直肠癌患者术后可能出现的并发症,如全身炎症反应、炎症性肠梗阻、肠吻合口漏等。

목적:탐토혈청강개소원(PCT)농도변화여결직장암술후병발증적상관성。방법응용쌍항체협심면역화학형광법측정회고성연구80례결직장암환자술후제1、2、3、5、7천혈청강개소원치변화,분석여결직장암술후가능출현적병발증적상관원리。결과연구80례환자결직장암술후병발증현시:혈청강개소원변화능반영결직장암술후가예측적병발증,여세포인자、장도세균내독소、D-유과당、이알양화매등인소정정상관,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론혈청강개소원적수평변화능분석출결직장암환자술후가능출현적병발증,여전신염증반응、염증성장경조、장문합구루등。
Objective To explore the correlation of procalcitonin (PCT) level and postoperative complications of col-orectal cancer. Methods Applied double antibodies sandwich immune chemical fluorescence to study spectrometry ret rospectively for 80 patients with colorectal cancer after operation 1,2,3,5 and 7 days,and detected the original value of the serum calcitonin changes, then analyzed the related to the postoperative possible complications principle of col-orectal cancer. Results Study of 80 patients postoperative complications with colorectal cancer showedSerum calcitonin original variation can predict postoperative complications of colorectal cancer and positively correlate with cytokines,intestinal bacteria endotoxin, D-lactulose and diamine oxidase, the difference had statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Serum calcitonin original variations can analyze postoperative possible complications of colorectal cancer,such assystemic inflammatory response,inflammatory intestinal obstruction,anastomotic leakage,and so on.
