文章通过对新疆城市幼儿园师幼互动现状的调查和分析,发现教师们对师幼互动内涵缺乏正确认识,互动方式缺乏灵活性和变通性,并从政策、幼儿园及教师三个层面提出了相应的对策。

This article investigates the current status of activities between preschool teachers and infants in kindergartens of urban areas in Xinjiang.It concludes that the teachers have misunderstanding in the interac-tivities so their ways of the interactivities are rigid.In addition, it provides solutions from the perspectives of government policy, kindergarten and preschool teachers.
