研究主要以新疆克拉玛依市独山子区的公办幼儿园教师作为采集数据样本,以问卷调查和访谈为主要研究方式,采用IBMSPSSStatistics19对数据进行了统计分析,多视角反映出了新疆公办幼儿园教师职业幸福感现状、幸福感获得与失落的主要原因。

This article investigates the current status of occupational well-being, and analyzes the sources of the professional happiness and loss of pre-school teachers in state-owned kindergartens of Dushanzi District in Karamay by means of questionnaire and interviews.The investigation takes the teachers in these kindergar-tens as sample and use IBM SPSS Statistics 19 to make statistics analysis of the data.Some findings of the in-vestigation such as"the professional development of ethnic groups was influenced by their expressive ability in Chinese"and"the unsteady professional belief of pre-school teachers"require scholars to make further stud-y.
