目的：探讨种植义齿用于口腔修复的效果。方法：将60例口腔患者分为观察组和对照组，各30例，观察组行义齿种植；对照组行常规口腔修复，比较两组患者术后疗效。结果：观察组修复后的基牙出血指数、治疗时间要优于对照组(P＜0.05)；满意度要比对照组更高，不良反应率更低(P＜0.05)。结论：活动义齿的种植治愈率及修复效果优于固定义齿。

목적：탐토충식의치용우구강수복적효과。방법：장60례구강환자분위관찰조화대조조，각30례，관찰조행의치충식；대조조행상규구강수복，비교량조환자술후료효。결과：관찰조수복후적기아출혈지수、치료시간요우우대조조(P＜0.05)；만의도요비대조조경고，불량반응솔경저(P＜0.05)。결론：활동의치적충식치유솔급수복효과우우고정의치。
Objective:To investigate the effect of implant denture in mouth rehabilitation.Methods:60 patients with mouth rehabilitation were divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were taken implant denture;while patients in the control group underwent routine mouth rehabilitation,then we compared the curative effect after repair in two groups.Results:Both the abutment teeth bleeding index and the treatment time after repair in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cure rate and the repair effect of denture implant is better than fixed denture.
