为了有效降低建筑业的安全事故发生率,需要从改善建筑工人的高流动性入手,分析建筑工人流动性产生的关键影响因素。基于行为心理学理论,将建筑工人流动行为的产生分为三个阶段,分别分析各个阶段的影响因素,并结合前人的研究提取出12个影响因子;通过现场调研获得数据,采用决策试验和评价实验室( DE-MATEL)方法计算各个因子的原因度、中心度和影响度,得到影响因子间的综合影响矩阵,由此分析出工作收入、自身规划、生存压力和领导对流动性的态度对建筑工人的流动性影响最为重要,此外政府监管通过影响领导对流动性的态度和现场管理对流动性产生有较大的间接影响。结果表明:工作收入对建筑工人的流动性影响最大,领导对流动性的态度对劳务企业的流动性状况有较大影响。

In order to reduce the incidence of accidents in the construction industry, the high mobility of the workers need to be improved, the key factors of liquidity generated by construction workers must be analyzed. Based on behavioral psychology, the produce of construction workers flow behavior can be divided into three stages. This paper analyzed the influence factors of each stage respectively, combined with previous studies identify 12 influencing factors, and data were obtained through the field research decision-making and evaluation laboratory test method ( DEMATEL ) to obtain the combined effect of the matrix between the impact factor thus draw income from work, their planning, the pressure to survive, liquidity attitude of leaders towards mobility of construction workers is most important. In addition, the government’ s regulation through the influence of leadership on liquidity attitude site management has indirect impact on the liquidity. The results show that: the impact of income from work is a major factor leading to the attitude of mobility services companies have a greater impact on liquidity conditions.
