含油污泥是油田开发过程中产生的污染之一,辽河油田每年产出几万吨的含油污泥。针对污泥无害化处理及调剖需求,通过对污泥组成分析,提出对含油污泥进行化学剂处理,形成污泥调剖剂,并开展了现场试验。现场试验表明,该技术能较好地解决污泥污染与利用问题,能有效地封堵高渗透地层,提高注入水波及体积,有显著的社会效益和经济效益。
含油汙泥是油田開髮過程中產生的汙染之一,遼河油田每年產齣幾萬噸的含油汙泥。針對汙泥無害化處理及調剖需求,通過對汙泥組成分析,提齣對含油汙泥進行化學劑處理,形成汙泥調剖劑,併開展瞭現場試驗。現場試驗錶明,該技術能較好地解決汙泥汙染與利用問題,能有效地封堵高滲透地層,提高註入水波及體積,有顯著的社會效益和經濟效益。

The oily sludge is one of the pollution generated during the development of oilfield; Liaohe oilfield produces tens of thousands of tons of oily sludge every year. For the sludge harmless treatment and profile control application, based on analysis of composition of sludge, it’s pointed out that the oily sludge can be treated by chemical method to produce sludge profile control agent, and the field test was carried out. The field test shows that, this technology can solve the problem of sludge pollution, and can effectively block the high permeability formation to improve the injection profile and volume, so remarkable social and economic benefits can be obtained.
