目的:探讨氧化应激在糖尿病肾病发生发展中的作用以及丹红的肾脏保护作用机制。方法将36只雄性8周龄SD大鼠随机抽取10只作为正常对照组(A组),其余作为实验组。将实验组大鼠制备成1型糖尿病大鼠模型,成模后随机分为糖尿病对照组(B组)、丹红注射液干预组(C组)。第8周末,采用比色法测定各组大鼠肾脏SOD活性、MDA含量和NO含量。结果第8周末,B组大鼠SOD显著低于A组(P<0.05),A、C组SOD活性无统计学差异(P>0.05)。C组SOD活性较B组显著升高(P<0.01)。B组MDA含量显著高于A组(P<0.01),A、C组MDA含量无统计学差异(P>0.05),C组MDA含量较B组显著降低(P<0.01)。B、C组NO含量均显著高于A组(均P<0.01),C组NO含量较B组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论氧化应激参与了糖尿病肾病的发生、发展。丹红可减轻氧化应激对糖尿病大鼠早期肾病的影响。

목적:탐토양화응격재당뇨병신병발생발전중적작용이급단홍적신장보호작용궤제。방법장36지웅성8주령SD대서수궤추취10지작위정상대조조(A조),기여작위실험조。장실험조대서제비성1형당뇨병대서모형,성모후수궤분위당뇨병대조조(B조)、단홍주사액간예조(C조)。제8주말,채용비색법측정각조대서신장SOD활성、MDA함량화NO함량。결과제8주말,B조대서SOD현저저우A조(P<0.05),A、C조SOD활성무통계학차이(P>0.05)。C조SOD활성교B조현저승고(P<0.01)。B조MDA함량현저고우A조(P<0.01),A、C조MDA함량무통계학차이(P>0.05),C조MDA함량교B조현저강저(P<0.01)。B、C조NO함량균현저고우A조(균P<0.01),C조NO함량교B조현저강저(P<0.01)。결론양화응격삼여료당뇨병신병적발생、발전。단홍가감경양화응격대당뇨병대서조기신병적영향。
Objective To explore the possible effect of oxidative stress in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy. At the same time, the renal protective mechanism of Danhong was investigated in this study. Methods 36 eight weeks male SD rats were divided into two groups randomly:10 normal control rats (group A) and 26 test rats. These rats were injected with STZ to make diabetic rats. The diabetic rats were randomly divided into three groups: diabetic control rats (group B), diabetic rats treated with Danhong injection (group C). At the end of 8 weeks, the activity of SOD, content of MDA and NO in the kidney homogenate were assayed by ultraviolet spectrophotometer respectively. Results At the end of 8 weeks, SOD of group B was significantly lower than group A (P<0.01), there was no significant difference in SOD of group A, C (P>0.05). While the parameter increased obviously in group C compared with group B (P<0.01). MDA increased obviously in group B compared with group A (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in MDA of group A, C (P>0.05). MDA of group C was significantly lower than group B (P<0.01). NO of group B, C were significantly higher than group A (all P<0.01), while NO of group C decreased obviously compared with group B (P<0.01). Conclusion The oxidative stress was involved in the development and progression of DN. Danhong could protect kidney from the damage caused by oxidative stress in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.
