目的:探讨不同教育模式对流产后女性对避孕认知及方法采用的影响。方法:收治行人工流产女性400例,分为集体宣教组与个体宣教组,各200例,两组均于术后回访并接受避孕方法调查。结果:在个体宣教组和集体宣教组,术后1个月内服用短效避孕药的例数分别为165例、124例,失访分别为4例、8例(P<0.01)。术后3个月和6个月比较两组的累积失访例数和有效避孕人数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。至随访结束,意外妊娠在集体宣教组12例,个体宣教组4例(P=0.0412)。结论:与集体宣教模式相比,个体宣教模式更易于让流产后女性接受有效避孕措施,从而显著提高术后高效避孕措施的使用率。

Objective:To explore the influence of different education models for the cognition and method of contraception in women after abortion.Methods:400 women with induced abortion were selected.They were divided into the collective education group and the individual education group with 200 cases in each group.Two groups were followed up after operation and accepted the contraceptive method investigation.Results:In the individual education group and collective education group, within 1 month after operation,the number of cases taking short acting contraceptives respectively was 165 cases and 124 cases,and the number of patients lost to follow-up was 4 cases and 8 cases respectively(P<0.01).At 3 months and 6 months after operation,the cumulative cases loss to follow-up and effective contraceptive number were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).At the end of follow-up,unintended pregnancy in the collective education group was 12 cases,individual education group was 4 cases(P=0.0412).Conclusion:Compared with the collective education mode,individual education group made it easy of accepting effective contraceptive measures in women after abortion,so as to improve the use rate of efficient contraceptive measures after operation.
