临床大量实践证明：许多中药有不同的抗炎作用，可通过多种途径起到抗炎效果。本文主要综述了中药通过调节HPA 轴的作用，影响花生四烯酸的代谢，抗组胺、5-羟色胺及抑制白三烯 B4合成，免疫调节、抑制白细胞趋化、活化，氧自由基等途径发挥抗炎作用的机理，以期为未来更好开发、创新中药抗炎制剂提供有价值的参考。

The clinical practice has proved that many TCM medicine have different anti-inflammatory effects, and TCM medicine can make the anti-inflammatory effect through many ways. The purpose of this article is to review the function of TCM through the regulation of the HPA axis, effect of arachidonic acid metabolism, anti-histamine, serotonin and inhibition of leukotriene B4 synthesis, immune regulation, and inhibition of leukocyte chemotaxis, activation, oxygen free radicals and other ways to play mechanism of anti-inflammatory effect, in order to better develop and innovate of TCM on anti-inflammatory agents.
