邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(di-n-butyl phthalate,DBP)属于邻苯二甲酸脂类，是塑化剂的一种常见成分，也是一种我们普遍接触的到的低水平污染物。糖尿病的发病率在全世界范围内不断增加，如今已成为危害人类身体健康的主要疾病之一。国外研究证实DBP通过氧化应激以及损害过氧化物酶增殖物激活物(PPAR)信号旁路，参与葡萄糖代谢和糖尿病发展。该综述就DBP与2型糖尿病近几年的研究综述如下。

DBP(di-n-butyl phthalate), a common ingredient of plasticizer, which belong to PAEs (phthalate acid esters) is also a kind of low levels of pollutant that we may contact to. Diabetes, of which the incidence has increased in worldwide, has now be-come one of the main diseases that can do harm to human health. Foreign studies confirm that DBP has impact on the glucose metabolism and development of diabetes by oxidative stress and damaging the signal pathways of peroxidase growth activators (PPAR). The paper makes a review on the research about DBP and type 2 diabetes in recent years.
