目的:采用颈动脉超声检测方法对缺血性脑血管疾病患者的检测结果进行分析。方法在该院随机选取50例患有缺血性脑血管疾病的患者作为试验组,并采取在该院接受健康体检的50例患者作为对照组,对比分析两组患者的动脉内径情况以及患者的颈动脉动力血流学情况。结果试验组患者的左颈总动脉内径、右颈总动脉内径、左颈内动脉内径以及右颈内动脉内径与对照组相应指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的颈总动脉以及颈内静脉的PI、RI比值与对照组患者相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用颈动脉超声检测方法对缺血性脑血管疾病患者进行检测,患者的动脉内径与颈动脉动力血流学情况均与正常人存在明显差异,可用于对缺血性脑血管疾病的诊断,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the testing results of carotid ultrasound for patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods 50 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital were selected as the experimental groups and 50 pa-tients who took health examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. Carotid internal diameter and carotid artery hemodynamics changes of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results There were statistically significant differences be-tween the left common carotid artery diameter, right common carotid artery diameter, internal diameter of left internal carotid artery, internal diameter of right internal carotid artery of the experimental group and those of the control groups (P<0.05). The PI, RI ratio of common carotid artery and internal jugular vein of the experimental group were obviously higher than those of the con-trol group ,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Under the detection of carotid ultrasound, carotid internal diameter and carotid artery hemodynamics changes of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease had significant dif-ferences with normal persons, so it can be used in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and is worthy of promotion.
