建筑能耗统计是建筑节能工作的基础。目前中国缺少建筑能耗的专项统计数据，已经成为中国建筑节能工作的短板。统计年鉴是当前中国能耗数据最可靠的来源，在这种情况下如何利用好年鉴中的数据计算和分析建筑能耗，是十分必要的。对此，首先对建筑能耗宏观模型、建筑能耗微观模型和终端电器使用模型3种建筑能耗计算模型进行对比分析。然后，依据山东统计年鉴和中国能源统计年鉴，利用建筑能耗宏观模型计算2001—2011年山东省城镇建筑能耗并进行能耗分析。研究表明，建筑能耗宏观模型可以用于计算省级建筑能耗，计算结果可以为建筑节能政策的制定提供决策参考。

Building energy consumption statistics is the base of the building energy efficiency. Lacking special statistics is a shortage in building energy efficiency in China. In the current situation, it is necessary to know how to make full use of statistical yearbook to calculate and analyze the building consumption. This paper compared and analyzed three kinds of building energy consumption calculation models, which were the macro model, the micro model and the terminal electrical appliance model. Based on the statistical yearbook of China and Shandong province, this paper calculated and analyzed the urban building energy consumption of Shandong. The research results show that it is helpful to calculate and analyze the building energy consumption by using the macro model of building energy consumption, which could supply the statistical and decision -making support of the building energy conservation policy.
