目的：探讨升白液结合针对性预防和护理措施降低化疗引起的白细胞减少并发症的疗效。方法：选取58例化疗的同时服用升白液的患者作为研究对象，做好并发症的预防、观察和护理。结果：58例患者中，53例患者白细胞计数和免疫球蛋白明显提高，乏力感减轻，感冒次数减少，原有症状未加重；5例患者疗效不明显，其中3例更换治疗方案，2例因经济原因放弃治疗。结论：化疗的同时服用升白液并采取有效的预防和护理措施，能明显降低化疗引起的白细胞减少并发症。
목적：탐토승백액결합침대성예방화호리조시강저화료인기적백세포감소병발증적료효。방법：선취58례화료적동시복용승백액적환자작위연구대상，주호병발증적예방、관찰화호리。결과：58례환자중，53례환자백세포계수화면역구단백명현제고，핍력감감경，감모차수감소，원유증상미가중；5례환자료효불명현，기중3례경환치료방안，2례인경제원인방기치료。결론：화료적동시복용승백액병채취유효적예방화호리조시，능명현강저화료인기적백세포감소병발증。
Objective:To explore effects of Shengbai liquid plus targeted prevention and nursing measures on leukopenia caused by chemotherapy. Methods: 58 cases of chemotherapy received Shengbai liquid. At the same time, prevention, observation and nursing of complication were compared. Results: 53 cases of white blood cell count and immunoglobulin increased obviously, sense of fatigue and colds reduced, existing symptoms not aggravated. Efficacy of 5 cases was not obviously. 3 cases changed treatment plan. 2 cases gave up treatment because of economic reason. Conclusion: Took Shengbai liquid plus effective prevention, nursing measures, could obviously reduce the leukopenia caused by chemotherapy.
