目的：探讨创面灵外洗对脑梗塞患者失禁性皮炎的预防作用。方法：选择2013年2月-2014年12月脑梗塞有二便失禁需长期卧床患者72例，按照简单随机表法将其分成试验组40例，对照组32例，对照组给予常规的皮肤护理，试验组在对照组的基础上采用创面灵外洗，比较两组失禁性皮炎的发生率及出现的时间。结果：试验组失禁性皮炎的发生率低于对照组，出现的时间晚于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：创面灵外洗有利于减少重症脑梗塞患者失禁性皮炎的发生。
목적：탐토창면령외세대뇌경새환자실금성피염적예방작용。방법：선택2013년2월-2014년12월뇌경새유이편실금수장기와상환자72례，안조간단수궤표법장기분성시험조40례，대조조32례，대조조급여상규적피부호리，시험조재대조조적기출상채용창면령외세，비교량조실금성피염적발생솔급출현적시간。결과：시험조실금성피염적발생솔저우대조조，출현적시간만우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：창면령외세유리우감소중증뇌경새환자실금성피염적발생。
Objective:To investigate effects of the Chuangmian Ling on incontinence dermatitis. Methods:72 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the test group with 40 cases and the control group with 32 cases. Patients in the control group received conventional skin care, and patients in the test group received the Chuangmian Ling more. The incidence of incontinence dermatitis and time of occurrence were compared. Results:In the test group, the incidence of incontinence dermatitis was lower than that in the control group, and out-broken-time was later than that in the test group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Chuangmian Ling was effective on incontinence dermatitis.
