目的:观察口服红景天胶囊对快速进入高原高寒地区人员急性高原反应(AMS)的防治作用。方法以某部高原训练分队为研究对象,纳入对象100例,随机数字法分为两组,对照组不作任何处理,试验组于急进高原前7d和进入后3d口服红景天胶囊。观察进入配置地域后两组参试人员 AMS 发生率、症状评分、心脏功能等生理指标的差异。结果参试人员进入高原配置地域后均发生不同程度的AMS,试验组AMS发生率和症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。进入配置地域后第7天,试验组各项生理指标与对照组比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),进入配置地域后第10天,体能测试结果试验组与对照组相比,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论预先服用红景天胶囊对急进高原高寒人员AMS具有良好的预防作用,可明显降低AMS症状及发病率,改善心血管和大脑生理状况,增强对高原高寒的耐受能力,对提高高原卫勤保障具有重要作用。

목적:관찰구복홍경천효낭대쾌속진입고원고한지구인원급성고원반응(AMS)적방치작용。방법이모부고원훈련분대위연구대상,납입대상100례,수궤수자법분위량조,대조조불작임하처리,시험조우급진고원전7d화진입후3d구복홍경천효낭。관찰진입배치지역후량조삼시인원 AMS 발생솔、증상평분、심장공능등생리지표적차이。결과삼시인원진입고원배치지역후균발생불동정도적AMS,시험조AMS발생솔화증상평분저우대조조(P<0.05)。진입배치지역후제7천,시험조각항생리지표여대조조비교,구유통계학차이(P<0.05),진입배치지역후제10천,체능측시결과시험조여대조조상비,구유통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론예선복용홍경천효낭대급진고원고한인원AMS구유량호적예방작용,가명현강저AMS증상급발병솔,개선심혈관화대뇌생리상황,증강대고원고한적내수능력,대제고고원위근보장구유중요작용。
Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of rhodiola capsules to acute mountain sickness (AMS) happened when got into highland and over-cold area quickly. Methods Certain highland train troop were as purpose object, included 100 examples, were randomly divided into two groups, do nothing to control group, the experience group used the rhodiola capsules before seven days and three days later when quickly got into the highland area, observed different physiological indexes between two groups, such as the AMS incidence, symptoms score, cardiac function, etc. Results The participants entering highland area all occurred certain level AMS, the incidence and symptoms of AMS in experience group were lower than control group (P<0.05). Seven days after entering the highland area, the physiological indexes between the experience group and control group, had statistical differences (P<0.05). After entering the configuration region, physical fitness test between the experience group and control group had statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Advanced using rhodiola capsules have obvious protection to the troop quickly entering highland and over-cold area, decrease the symptoms and incidence of AMS, improve the cardiovascular and brain physiology conditions, increase acclimatization in highland and over-cold area, have important function to raise the health and service ability.
