目的::了解输血患者相关传染性疾病感染情况。方法:对2012-2014年住院输血患者共6386例,常规进行乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV)、梅毒螺旋体抗体(抗-TP)和人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(抗-HIV)4项血清感染标志物检测并统计分析。结果:4项感染标志物检测结果总阳性率为9.02%,其中HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-TP和抗-HIV阳性率分别为4.56%、2.82%、1.55%和0.09%;抗-TP阳性率男性显著高于女性(P<0.05);HBsAg阳性率呈逐年递减趋势;抗-TP和抗-HIV呈逐年上升趋势。结论:应加强输血前血清感染标志物的监测,控制医院感染率。

목적::료해수혈환자상관전염성질병감염정황。방법:대2012-2014년주원수혈환자공6386례,상규진행을형간염병독표면항원(HBsAg)、병형간염병독항체(항-HCV)、매독라선체항체(항-TP)화인류면역결함병독항체(항-HIV)4항혈청감염표지물검측병통계분석。결과:4항감염표지물검측결과총양성솔위9.02%,기중HBsAg、항-HCV、항-TP화항-HIV양성솔분별위4.56%、2.82%、1.55%화0.09%;항-TP양성솔남성현저고우녀성(P<0.05);HBsAg양성솔정축년체감추세;항-TP화항-HIV정축년상승추세。결론:응가강수혈전혈청감염표지물적감측,공제의원감염솔。
Objective:To investigate the status of relevant infectious diseases in patients before blood transfusion. Methods:A total of 6 386 patients from 2012 to 2014 of blood transfusion were selected. The serum infection markers including HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-TP and anti-HIV were tested in these patients before blood transfusion, and the results were statistically analyzed. Re-sults:The total positive rate was 9. 02%of the four infection marker. The positive rates of HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-TP and anti-HIV were 4. 56%, 2. 82%, 1. 55%and 0. 09%, respectively. The positive rate of anti-TP in male was higher than that in female( P<0. 05). There was a decrease tendency in the positive rate of HBsAg. While there was an increase tendency in the positive rate of anti-TP and anti-HIV. Conclusions:The monitoring of serum infection markers before blood transfusion should be strengthened so as to control hospital infections.
