目的：探讨优赛促进肛瘘术后创面愈合及减轻并发症的疗效。方法：回顾分析肛瘘术后应用优赛治疗（治疗组92例）和雷夫努尔治疗（对照组80例）的患者资料，对比观察两组患者的并发症及创面愈合情况。结果：治疗组在肛瘘术后创面疼痛程度、出血量、水肿评分、分泌物评分及创面愈合时间方面均优于对照组。结论：术后应用优赛换药可减轻肛瘘术后并发症，缩短创面愈合时间，疗效确切。
목적：탐토우새촉진항루술후창면유합급감경병발증적료효。방법：회고분석항루술후응용우새치료（치료조92례）화뢰부노이치료（대조조80례）적환자자료，대비관찰량조환자적병발증급창면유합정황。결과：치료조재항루술후창면동통정도、출혈량、수종평분、분비물평분급창면유합시간방면균우우대조조。결론：술후응용우새환약가감경항루술후병발증，축단창면유합시간，료효학절。
Objective:To discuss clinical effects of Yousai on prompting wound healing following anal fistula surgery and reducing the complications. Methods: The treatment group of 92 cases was given Yousai. The control group of 80 cases was given Leif Noor. Clinical data in two groups were compared. Results:The results shows that wound pain status following anal fistula surgery and bleeding situation, edema score, wound healing time in the treatment were higher. Conclusion:Yousai can relieve complications of anal fistula and shorten healing time with exact effects.
