目的：：分析经桡动脉进行介入手术治疗冠心病患者的临床效果。方法：选取400例冠心病患者，分为对照组和观察组，每组各200例。对照组患者经股动脉介入心冠状动脉，观察组患者则经桡动脉介入。将两组患者介入治疗后的各项指标进行分析对比。结果：在治疗成功率上，观察组为95%，对照组为91%；在手术时间、穿刺时间、造影剂量上，观察组均优于对照组；在不良反应发生率上，观察组为5%，对照组为15%。结论：经桡动脉进行冠心病介入手术治疗，其成功率和安全性更有保障，同时缩短了手术时间，减少了并发症。
목적：：분석경뇨동맥진행개입수술치료관심병환자적림상효과。방법：선취400례관심병환자，분위대조조화관찰조，매조각200례。대조조환자경고동맥개입심관상동맥，관찰조환자칙경뇨동맥개입。장량조환자개입치료후적각항지표진행분석대비。결과：재치료성공솔상，관찰조위95%，대조조위91%；재수술시간、천자시간、조영제량상，관찰조균우우대조조；재불량반응발생솔상，관찰조위5%，대조조위15%。결론：경뇨동맥진행관심병개입수술치료，기성공솔화안전성경유보장，동시축단료수술시간，감소료병발증。
Objective:To analyze clinical effects of trans-radial artery interventional operation in treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods:400 cases of coronary heart disease patients were divided into control group and observation group with 200 cases in each group. The control group received trans-femoral artery coronary interventional therapy, while the observation group used trans-ra-dial artery coronary intervention. The various indicators of the two groups after the treatment were analyzed and compared. Results:The success rates of the treatment of observation group and control group were 95% and 91%, respectively. The operation time, punc-ture time, and contrast dose of observation group were better than those of control group. The incidence rates of adverse reaction of ob-servation group and control group were 5% and 15%. Conclusions: The trans-radial coronary heart disease interventional operation has an ensured success rate and safety, and could shorten the operation time and reduce complications.
