目的：：分析急性发热期登革热病人血常规、凝血功能、血清蛋白等实验室指标的变化特点,为登革热早期诊疗提供实验室支持。方法：回顾性分析60例登革热病人急性发热期血常规、凝血功能、血清蛋白等指标,并与健康对照进行比较。结果：登革热组 WBC、HCT、PLT均低于健康对照组(P<0.05)；APTT、TT均明显延长(P<0.05),登革热组 PT 与健康对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),登革热组 Fbg水平高于对照组(P<0.05)；登革热组血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：登革热病人在急性发热期,WBC、HCT、PLT、凝血功能以及血清总蛋白均表现出不同程度异常。
목적：：분석급성발열기등혁열병인혈상규、응혈공능、혈청단백등실험실지표적변화특점,위등혁열조기진료제공실험실지지。방법：회고성분석60례등혁열병인급성발열기혈상규、응혈공능、혈청단백등지표,병여건강대조진행비교。결과：등혁열조 WBC、HCT、PLT균저우건강대조조(P<0.05)；APTT、TT균명현연장(P<0.05),등혁열조 PT 여건강대조조무현저차이(P>0.05),등혁열조 Fbg수평고우대조조(P<0.05)；등혁열조혈청총단백、백단백、구단백균저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：등혁열병인재급성발열기,WBC、HCT、PLT、응혈공능이급혈청총단백균표현출불동정도이상。
Objective:To investigate the manifestation of patient with dengue fever in early stage by blood cell analysis,coagutina-tion test and serum protein test.Methods:Retrospectively study clinical laboratory data of 60 patients with dengue fever,all these da-ta were compared with health control group.Results:WBC,HCT and PLT of dengue group were lower than that of health control group(P<0.05),APTT,TT of dengue group were longer than that of health group (P<0.05),but PT do not shows difference sta-titicaly between two groups.Fbg of dengue group were higher than that of health control group (P<0.05),TP,ALB and Globin of Dengue group are lower than that of health control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Abnormal count blood cell,coagutination and ser-um protein were found in patients with dengue fever in early stage.
