目的：对我院院内制剂参芪养血颗粒防治化疗后白细胞减少的临床效果进行观察和分析。方法：选取我院于2013年1月-2014年2月份收治的96例恶性肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象，采用随机的方法将患者均分成两组，分别为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予参芪养血颗粒口服，对照组予利可君口服，观察两组患者白细胞计数的变化情况。结果：治疗组患者的临床疗效明显好于对照组。结论：参芪养血颗粒防治化疗后白细胞减少临床疗效显著，值得在临床上推广和应用。
목적：대아원원내제제삼기양혈과립방치화료후백세포감소적림상효과진행관찰화분석。방법：선취아원우2013년1월-2014년2월빈수치적96례악성종류화료환자작위연구대상，채용수궤적방법장환자균분성량조，분별위치료조화대조조，치료조여삼기양혈과립구복，대조조여리가군구복，관찰량조환자백세포계수적변화정황。결과：치료조환자적림상료효명현호우대조조。결론：삼기양혈과립방치화료후백세포감소림상료효현저，치득재림상상추엄화응용。
Objective:To investigate clinical effects of the Senqi Yangxue granule on leukopenia after chemotherapy. Methods:96 cases of undergoing cancer chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided to the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received Senqi Yangxue granule, the control group received leucogen. Changes of white blood cells in two groups were compared. Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion:The Senqi Yangxue granule was effective on leukopenia after chemotherapy, and worthy of promotion.
