目的：观察溃疡汤联合西药三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡的临床效果。方法：收集2011年3月-2014年1月期间来我院诊疗的140例合并幽门螺旋杆菌感染的十二指肠溃疡患者的临床资料，按照治疗方案的不同将两组患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各70例，对照组采用常规的西医治疗，观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用溃疡汤治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果并行统计学对比。结果：治疗3周后，观察组幽门螺旋杆菌清除62例，清除率为88.6%，对照组53例，清除率为75.7%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为91.4%，对照组为75.7%，差异同样存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在常规西医治疗的基础上采用溃疡汤治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡总有效率高，可有效清除幽门螺旋杆菌，改善患者的临床症状，用药安全方便，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰궤양탕연합서약삼련요법치료유문라간균상관성십이지장궤양적림상효과。방법：수집2011년3월-2014년1월기간래아원진료적140례합병유문라선간균감염적십이지장궤양환자적림상자료，안조치료방안적불동장량조환자분위관찰조화대조조，매조각70례，대조조채용상규적서의치료，관찰조재상규서의치료적기출상가용궤양탕치료，관찰량조환자적치료효과병행통계학대비。결과：치료3주후，관찰조유문라선간균청제62례，청제솔위88.6%，대조조53례，청제솔위75.7%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；관찰조치료총유효솔위91.4%，대조조위75.7%，차이동양존재통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：재상규서의치료적기출상채용궤양탕치료유문라선간균상관성십이지장궤양총유효솔고，가유효청제유문라선간균，개선환자적림상증상，용약안전방편，불량반응소，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of the Kuiyang decoction plus the western medicine triple therapy on helicobacter pylori associated duodenal ulcer. Methods: 140 cases of helicobacter pylori associated duodenal ulcer in our hospital from March 2011 to January 2014 was collected. 140 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 70 cases for each group. The control group received western medicine, and the observation group received the Kuiyang decoction more. The clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results:In 3 weeks, in the observation group, helicobacter pylori in 62 patients’ body was cleaned;clearance was 88.6%. In the control group, helicobacter pylori in 62 patients’ body was cleaned;clearance was 75.7%;the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the total efficiency in the observation group was 91.4%, and the efficiency in the control group was 75.5%; the difference was also statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Kuiyang decoction plus the western medicine was effective on helicobacter pylori associated duodenal ulcer, and worthy of promotion.
