采用一种腐蚀液(NaCl 180~260 mg/L,Mg2+30~60 mg/L,Ca2+180~220 mg/L,非离子表面活性剂0.3~0.5 g/L)来分析 MSA 镀锡前的清洗效果以及清洗效果对镀层质量的影响。结果表明:清洗效果越好,表面活性越高,出现锈点的时间越短;清洗效果越差,表面活性越低,出现锈点的时间越长。清洗效果好的试片,镀层质量好,耐蚀性好;清洗效果不好的试片,镀层质量差,耐蚀性差。

채용일충부식액(NaCl 180~260 mg/L,Mg2+30~60 mg/L,Ca2+180~220 mg/L,비리자표면활성제0.3~0.5 g/L)래분석 MSA 도석전적청세효과이급청세효과대도층질량적영향。결과표명:청세효과월호,표면활성월고,출현수점적시간월단;청세효과월차,표면활성월저,출현수점적시간월장。청세효과호적시편,도층질량호,내식성호;청세효과불호적시편,도층질량차,내식성차。
A kind of corrosive liquid (NaCl 180~260 mg/L,Mg2+ 30~60 mg/L,Ca2+ 180~220 mg/L,nonionic surfactant 0.3~0.5 g/L) was used to analyze influence of the cleaning effect before MSA tin plating on the coating quality. The results show that, the better the cleaning effect, the higher the surface activity, the shorter the time of rust. The poorer the Cleaning effect, the lower the surface activity, the longer the time of rust. The specimen with good cleaning effect has high quality coating and good corrosion resistance.
