提出用自定义参数完全气化时间稳定因子和参差指数表征混煤焦的气化特性,并利用三个参﹑数研究了掺混煤种掺混比例气化温度对混煤焦恒温 CO2气化特性的影响。研究结果表明:浑源煤焦中掺入﹑﹑贵州煤焦有利于提高煤的气化反应性,但是会造成气化反应过程变得更加不平稳,同时会导致气化反应前期和后期的分离程度加大;浑源煤焦中掺入贵州煤焦和准东煤焦后,判定参数明显改变,贵州煤焦中掺入准东煤焦后,判定参数改变相对较小;温度升高有利于混煤焦的气化反应,并降低了气化反应前后期的分离程度,但是对气化整体过程的平稳度影响较小。

Complete gasification time, stable factor and jagged index were put forward to indicate the gasification characteristics of coal. The effect of coal type, blending ratio and gasification temperature on CO2 isothermal gasification of blended coal was studied. The results show that, blending Guizhou coal in Hunyuan coal can improve the activity of coal to make gasification process become more unstable and result in the difficulty during separation of gasification process. After Hunyuan coal is blended with Guizhou coal and Huaidong coal,the judgment parameters change obviously; After Guizhou coal is blended with Huaidong coal,the judgment parameters change tinily. Temperature rising is advantageous to gasification reaction of blended coal, and can decrease separation difficulty of gasification process,and temperature rising has unconspicuous effect on the smoothness of gasification process.
